On July 18, 2010, CA4 Capital Management, LLC  launched the private investment partnership, CA4 Fund, LP.  The Fund utilizes an equity/options trading strategy developed by CA4 Capital Management, LLC.    On March 11, 2014,  the Fund's strategy was maintained but was  transitioned into reduced hedging expenses as well as smaller fractional applications of trading capital in a dollar cost averaging and premium averaging method within defined time frames.   Subsequently, the partners have observed substantial improvement in the Fund's operation and performance.  The Partnership seeks to achieve capital appreciation and income generation from targeted 1 to 4 percent average monthly or frequent short term realized gains.

The Fund is available only to certain qualified sophisticated investors.
